How to change your network password using iam.wlu.ca
In a Browser (IE or Firefox
preferable) go to
https://iam.wlu.ca.
Sign in using your network User
Name. Normally,this will be the
first four letters of your lastname
and last four digits of your
student number.
The Password is your current
network password (the password
you use to access
myLearningSpace, your
mylaurier.ca email, the
mylaurier.ca portal or Eduroam).
Click Login.
The first time you login in, you
will be prompted to enroll in the
self-service portal.
Click Here.

On the Enrollment tab click
on User Registration
You will be asked to enter 3
Security Que & Ans (security
questions)
Click on the Drop down arrow
beside “*** Please Select a
Question****”
From the drop down list
select a Question.
Type your Answer and
Confirm Answer.
You will need to do this for
three questions.
Once you have entered in
your questions and answers
you can click on the change
password tab to change your
password.

Click OK to save changes.
Click on Sign Out to exit
