As a graphic designer focusing on user experience I’m excited by
the process of user research: parsing users’ needs, desires and habits and
building an analogous mosaic of these pieces in a digital product.
During my most recent work with the ecommerce site Manhattan
Home Design, I learned some important skills in designing a rewarding
user experience. My work aims to present the most useful information
to the user, make goals easy to achieve, and exude trust.
I design clear, charming and captivating user interfaces that draw
the user in and make them feel comfortable, intrigued, and empowered.
My recent work can be found on my website, www.chrismcgee.us.
While my background as a freelance graphic designer and
working artist have nurtured my skills as a creative, what truly sets me
apart is my professional background as a manager: I invariably approach
my work with committed diligence, maintain a positive outlook during
challenges, and am skilled working with a team. I look forward to the
opportunity to work with you and your team.
Sincerely,
Chris McGee
