book English Language Made Easy is divided into 64 chapters and all the chapters are taught and explained
by the author Mr. Man Singh Shekhawat in the best possible simple way through Video classes.

English training industry has a market potential of more than thousand crores in India alone with no major
players in the industry. Yuwam has plans to expand its business by opening more and more centers in towns
with 2 lakh plus population in the state.
To take up a Yuwam Franchisee following are the essentials Space Requirement: To start a Franchise you should have 800 – 1000 Sq feet space in a location where
there is a good footfall of students/youngsters with excellent visibility. It should be easily accessible by
proper transport.
Franchise Fee: You will be paying 25000/- as franchise fee to Yuwam and have to place a minimum order
of Rs 25000 against advance study material, making it a cumulative of Rs 50000 investment to begin with.
The agreement period will be for three years.
Course Fees and Duration:
Fees at District level (L1) – Rs 5000
Fees at Town/Tehsil/Village level (L2) – Rs 4000
Course Duration: 90days (2hrs a day/6 Days a week)
Fees breakup:
Registration charges : Rs 50
Study Material Charges : Rs 950
Training Fees : Rs 4000 (L1)/ Rs 3000 (L2)
Revenue Sharing: 60: 40 (Franchisee: Yuwam) of the Training Fees.
Launch: The centre has to be launched with appropriate publicity campaign and advertisement on the date
of launching. Yuwam will advise the list of activities that needs to be done for effective and productive launch.
Yuwam will supply the standard advertising material to the franchisee on regular and on need-basis.
Regular Branding: It is important to do regular branding on a monthly basis to create and sustain good
visibility which is the most important feature in our business.
Structured and consistent branding activities, suitable to the place, are essential. It is expected that all such
activities will cost approximately Rs.8,000/- to Rs.10,000/- per month depending on the city and area of
coverage.
Training: The book English Language Made Easy consists of 64 chapters and all the chapters will be
delivered via Video Classes. NO specialized faculty for teaching is required at the center as course will be
delivered online. Only an instructor may be appointed for basic doubts clearing. Adequate training will be
provided to all the instructors by Yuwam. Instructors will keep record of doubts/problems that students
might come up with and all these queries will be answered via video conference on weekly basis. A special
1hr Doubt Clearing Session will be organized by Yuwam every week. We will make sure that there is no
compromise on quality of teaching, which in return will build our strong goodwill in the market. Complete
course material will be provided to all the students who enroll with us.
Business Opportunity:
We have designed the franchisee model in such a manner that a franchisee can easily make minimum
revenue of 5lacs per annum which can almost be doubled by putting in a few efforts mutually by the
franchisee and Yuwam.
