The S&G ® 2890B•PDL represents the latest design advances to produce a single motion egress door lock that provides the highest level of security. Features: •S&G 2890B•PDL Type III and Type IV styles combine single motion egress with a 2740B compliant combination lock meeting the highest government security standards. A single push of the panic bar releases the entire locking mechanism to allow for fast, intuitive egress. Ideal for fire doors. •2890B•PDL Type I and Type II styles are designed to combine the unparalleled security of a Sargent & Greenleaf Model 2740B electromechanical combination lock on the outside of the door with a simple, sturdy, ADA-compliant release handle on the inside. •Type V and Type VI versions of the 2890B•PDL use some of the same heavy-duty components found in the more sophisticated Type I, II, III, and IV units to construct a high security, auto-escape door lock mechanism.
