Services
This course is designed to train the beginning
Medica on Aide to provide a safe way for
individuals other than licensed health care
professionals (doctors, nurses, etc.) to provide
medica ons to individuals who are not able to
take medica ons by themselves.
COST: $340
The cost includes tui on, fees and textbook.
Payment in full is required at me of registra on.
Books will be distributed during the first class
session. Students successfully comple ng the class
and a ending the required 48 hours will receive
three semester credit hours and a document of
a endance from Central Community College.
Tui on is in‐state only and may be subject to
change.

The ability to take and monitor vital signs is a requirement
for par cipa on in a Medica on Aide class. A 3‐clock hour
vital signs skills class is scheduled approximately one week
prior to the start of each Medica on Aide class at a cost of
$20.50. Students who have not completed a Nursing
Assistant course or are not familiar with taking vial signs
are required to register for the vital signs class.

Early registra on is encouraged because classes fill quickly.
Enrollment is limited and registra ons will be honored in
the order they are received. Payment must accompany
registra on at least one week prior to the class start date.
Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. If
a student registers for a class that is cancelled they will be
no fied and their registra on payment will be retuned
within 7‐10 business days. Cancella on by a student must
be done by the start of the second day of class for a 100%
refund.
