A copy of the revised transactions (Revision – 1) as above is enclosed for information and further necessary
action at your end.
Constituents are requested to intimate any discrepancy / error within two months from the date
of issue of this provisional REA. In case of any discrepancy/error, the provisional REA would be
revised based on re-examination, final decision and confirmation. In case no communication is
received from any of the constituents indicating mistakes / discrepancy, the provisional REA as
issued, would be treated as final.
