The GAMA Trade Show is an order writing
show!
Our job is to help you sell more product at
the GAMA Trade Show! GAMA wants to make
it as easy as possible to write more orders at
the GAMA Trade Show.
One of the best things a manufacturer can
do at the GAMA Trade Show is to take and fill
orders. This will increase sales on the spot!
There are two ways to create show specials:
1. Creating a special thru distribution,
which is based on three options for a
special.
2. Creating a special thru retailers, which
is done by creating your own special.
Decide on your show specials as early as
possible. Do you want to premier a new
product at the GAMA Trade Show? Do you
want to create a special for that new product?
Then make sure to link all advertising to your
special! Make it a ubiquitous theme that you
market a product as a special through signage,
demoing at Wednesday Night Game tables, and
other forms of advertising! GAMA wants to
help you capture the sale!
Creating a Special thru Distribution
Every Distributor in the hall at the GAMA
Trade Show is supporting your special. GAMA
has Distributors taking orders onsite! They will
be able to process orders at each of their
booths live.
The GAMA Trade Show 2015 attending

When creating a special thru distributors,
you may choose one of the following three
options:
1. This is a quantity based discount, for
example if a retailer is buying “x”
number then they can get “x” number
for free.
2. You can mark a percentage off one
product.
3. Or you can mark a percentage off the
whole line.
Decide early what your specials are going to
be for the GAMA Trade Show. Are they going to
be created thru distribution, direct to retailers,
or both? GAMA will need your approved show
specials by January 31st, 2015.
Creating a Special Direct to Retailers
When creating a special direct to retailers
remember it is all you!
You get to provide any show specials you
desire when selling direct to retailers. An
example is offering free shipping because it
does not cost that much to cover.
In order to make it successful you have to
support your special. You will have to
individually support these direct specials
outside the help of distribution to sell product.
If you are doing a special direct to retailers
you need to print your own order forms. One
thing to remember when attending an order
writing show is to bring plenty of order forms.
A great way to increase sales is to process
credit card sales on the spot. Bring a computer
or electronic device with an internet uplink so
you can capture sales immediately.
