Dear Colleagues
As you know, elections for committee and division members will take place in
Suzhou at the 2015 ITTF AGM.
According to the Constitution, all committees must have at least 25% women.
The ITTF encourages all Associations to nominate as many female candidates as
possible for positions in committees. The nomination forms are attached and
should be returned to Habiba Besic by e-mail ([email protected]) with copy
to Judit Farago, CEO ([email protected]).
The deadlines to submit nominations for all committees and the Para Table
Tennis Division members is 28 February 2015.
The Junior Continental Commissioners will be nominated by each Continental
Federation by 28 February 2015.
Please note that all nominees should be endorsed by their National Association
and nominations will not be accepted after the deadline date.
Once collated and verified, the list of all nominations will be published by 8
March 2015.
An Association may not be represented on more than four (4) Committees; Para
Table Tennis Division and Junior Continental Commissioners excluded.
A nominee may not serve on more than one (1) committee.
The ITTF Technical Commissioner and the ITTF Women in Sport Commissioner
were appointed in 2013 for a 4-year period till the 2017 AGM.

3 May 2015 from 09h00 – 11h00
Details in writing of business and proposals to be dealt at the AGM or the BOD
must reach the ITTF Headquarters not later than 28 February 2015.
