January Newsletter
We would like to thank the Canada Post Community
Foundation and Loblaws for their generous donation
to the iCAN Afterschool Programs! Their donation
will help us purchase nutrition snacks, gym and game
equipment, and to help cover program expenses like field
trips! It’s donations like these that make these programs
such a success.
Please remember that outdoor boots and shoes are
not permitted in the gym.
Please bring indoor shoes if possible.
Please return Attendance calendars to program as soon as possible!
Parents MUST sign out their children at the end of program. To do this please come inside and
initial the sign out form. If you have given your child permission to walk and this is indicated on
their registration form, they may sign themselves out by initialing. Children will not be
permitted to leave early unless prior consent has been given.
Please Note:
 Program runs until 5:30pm, please pick up your child by 5:30pm sharp.
 Program will be run outside (weather permitting). Please send your child with
appropriate outdoor wear.
 Outside food and toys are not permitted at program. This includes electronic devices.
 Children are not permitted to bring money to program and cannot purchase any items
from the food booth during program hours.
 If you would like to be emailed a copy of our monthly calendars and newsletters, please
join our emailing list by putting your email address on the registration form.
 Our calendars and newsletters will also be available on our facebook page. LIKE The
North Lambton Community Health Centre on facebook and click on pictures.
 Please keep us updated with any concerns or changes with you children.

