FIT CLUB 10,000
With a new year comes a new opportunity to
improve your health. People who get at least 30
minutes a day of light or moderate exercise will
experience improved health, including weight
management, mood enhancement, and
increased strength and mobility.
It’s easier than you think to exercise 30
minutes a day. Go for a leisurely stroll around
the community or the neighborhood with
neighbors, friends and your dog! Get some fresh
air while you take in the scenery! Take a dip in
the pool and do a nice, steady swim to stretch
your muscles. Participate with one of the
exercise classes being offered at your
community, local senior center, or fitness club.
All Fit Club 10,000 members that reach their
goal by December will be invited to attend a
special catered lunch, and during the lunch we’ll
be raffling three gift cards for $150 - $100 - $75.
What’s better than improving your health and
getting an opportunity to enjoy a wonderful
lunch and possibly win a valuable gift card??
Don’t delay; stop by the leasing office today
and pick up your January Fit Club 10,000
tracking calendars. Each day, mark down the
total number of minutes you exercised. At the
end of the month, tally your exercise and turn
your calendar into the leasing office. Before you
know it, the year will be over and you’ll be
10,000 minutes healthier!!
