Dear Unit Owner and Residents of Cormar Condominium Association:
It has come to management’s attention that there are bed bugs in some units. In order to
stop a spread of bed bugs the association will have Kia Pest Control do a mandatory bed
bug inspection of every condo unit on Thursday January 8, 2015 at 10:00 am. We must
have access to every condo apartment between 10:00am-11:30 am on 1/8/15. Someone
MUST be available to let the exterminator in. Failure to allow the exterminator access
will cause your unit to be assessed a $75 fine. IF your unit is found to have bed bugs you
will be notified and a date will be given to you for treatment. (Someone from the unit
must be available to allow the exterminator access for the treatment process there will be
no exceptions)
The initial inspection and treatment will be at no cost to the unit owners this is being
done to quickly get the process done. Please note that after the association does the first
inspection and treatment to rid the unit of any bed bugs additional inspections and
treatments will be at the expense of each unit owner. Further the unit owner will have to
supply a certificate stating that their unit is bed bug free by a licensed exterminator
Each condo owner must inform their tenant of the upcoming inspection if your tenant is
not available then the owner must be available to allow the exterminator access into the
condo apartment on 1/8/15.
The exterminator will also need access to each storage unit.
Further please inform your tenant not to pick up furniture from the dumpster or bring into
your unit this is to stop the spread of bed bugs.
