Vendor Tear Down
All EMA Directors are required to attend the Ohio EMA Meeting. Additionally, the conference is open
to County Directors Staff, College and University Emergency Management Professionals, and staff of
the Ohio Department of Public Safety, Department of Homeland Security and the Emergency
Management Agency. Approximately 150 attendees are expected.

Lodging Information
“EMAO Spring Directors Conference” is the event name for sleeping rooms. The rate of $94 will be
available until March 24, 2015. For reservations, contact the hotel: (614) 885-1885.
Shipping and Packages
All packages sent to the hotel must include the name “EMAO Spring Directors Conference”, Name of
the Vendor, date of the program and the number of items contained in the package(s). The Vendor
must notify the Hotel at least one week in advance of shipments. Shipments should arrive no earlier
than 3 days prior to the event. Additionally, EMAO and the hotel have no liability for the delivery,
security or condition of the packages.
