1g of 1993), the Gov._m.nt of Gujarat hereby,(i) constitutes the Desar Taluka panchayat;

(ii) reduces interimly the number of rnembers ofthe existing
Savii raluka panchayat from 25 to r7;
(iii) terminates the ofrce of the members of the savli raluka panchayat
specified in column (2) of the
Schedule appended hereto representing the_ constituency specified

(iv) appoints the same elected members specified in column (2)
