2015 Timetable and Enrolment Information Bachelor of Social Work Year 2 Students Please enrol yourself online using Student Services Online you will be able to enrol directly into your courses. When enrolling please use the “my requirements” when searching for the courses you require so that only the courses suitable for your major show up for you. If the courses that you were expecting do not show up it may mean that you have the wrong major listed under your programme. Please do contact us at [email protected] if this appears to be a problem, so that we can ensure you enrol correctly. Please DO use the new Timetable Planner to plan your enrolments and timetable, particularly for your General Education course. If you are a full-time student you should enrol in 4 courses in each semester: Year 2 SOCWORK SOCWORK SOCCHFAM HUMSERV 212 216 215 101 Sem 1 Bicultural Social Work Practice Law and the State in Social Work Whanau Family Aiga Psychology for Human Services AND General Education See links below and possible list of courses on page 3 SOCWORK SOCWORK SOCWORK Sem 2 Social Policy – NB. For more information about General Education, see page 2. Part-time Students Please choose two courses to do in each semester. Time limits: the programme must be completed within 16 semesters of initial enrolment. Timetable You are able to view your timetable from the following link: http://www.studentservices.auckland.ac.nz/uoa/home/student-services-online/sso-my-timetablesgrades-course-history. Concessions When an enrolment fails due to an error, there is an opportunity to apply for an online concession providing it meets the listed criteria. A reason for the concession must be selected from the drop down list. Please note If a class is not available due to reaching its capacity it will not be visible to view online. This situation may change however as students alter their timetables. There may appear to be clashes, however please ensure that you validate the courses you intend to study before selecting to enrol.
