ONLY FOR EGYPTIAN PARTICIPANTS: The International Association of Egyptologists (IAE) will subsidize the registration fees of younger Egyptian scholars who will present papers at the Congress. These include M A graduates, PhD students, junior inspectors or m useum em ployees, and academ ics at the level of Assistant Professor or University Lecturer. Depending on the num ber of such scholars who will atten d, the IAE m ay be able to subsidize all or a part of their registration fees. Note that only IAE m em bers are allowed to present papers at the Congress. All Egyptian colleagues who wish to take advantage of this subsidy m ust also be m em bers of the IAE. Egyptian colleagues will be able to pay the pre-registration fee as well as IAE m em bership dues at the Congress itself due to the difficulty of international paym ents from Egypt. Egyptian colleagues who wish to take advantage of the subsidy are required to notify the General Secretary (secretary@ iae-egyptology.org) before April 30 th , 2015 of their intention to attend the Congress. This will help the IAE judge the am ount of support requested. PUBLISHER REGISTRATION Registration deadline April 30 th 2015 The Publisher (or other promotional stands) registration fee ( 470 €) includes: - Access to all ICE XI Congress sessions; - Access to all ICE XI social events; - A basic promotional stand with a medium size table (about 1x2m) with a power socket (contact secretary for arrangements); - Insertion of promotional material in the Congress Kit (if sent at least 1 month before Congress beginning).
