FLORENCE TOWNSHIP EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM
SUMMER EDP ‘14
APPLICATION DEADLINE APRIL 28TH
The Florence Township Board of Education will sponsor a summer session of the Extended Day
Program available to those resident students of Florence Township currently in grades K-8.
This program will run 6/23* through 8/1 between the hours of 7:30AM until 6PM, at Riverfront
School Cafeteria.
There will be NO EDP Friday, July 4th. *The start date may change due to snow days.
Summer EDP will offer a variety of activities including swimming, arts and crafts, computer time,
outdoor and indoor games, free play and field trips.
Children are to bring a lunch from home. A mid afternoon snack will be provided.
Tuition is ADVANCED PAYMENT of $150 a week per child (10% discount for siblings).
Part time and daily rates are NOT available.
Tuition will be collected as follows:
Session #1=6/23-7/4 Due 5/23, Session #2=7/7-18 Due 6/6, Session #3=7/21-8/1 Due 6/20.

1) Complete & detach the Application Form below
2) Include a $25 per child Application Fee –NON REFUNDABLE
Check or Money Order ONLY payable to Florence Township B.O.E.
3) Send completed Application and Application Fee to:

4) An Enrollment Form will be sent to you by 5/9 and must be completed & returned with
Session #1 tuition by 5/23.
*If we reach our quota before the deadline, we will take apps in the order we receive them.
