Our Palliative Care Team
Thanks
The Pain and Palliative Care team would like to
extend our heartfelt appreciation to Ted McCleister
of McCleister Funeral Home in Brantford for their
generous donation. These belongings bags will
provide a vessel for family members when packing
the belongings of their deceased loved one.
A bag will be supplied with each belongings box on
the home areas beginning January 2, 2015.
Please ensure that each family has a box provided to
them. Once the box is given please contact Laura
Tremblay x228 and another box will be brought to
your home area.
Once again, thank you to Ted McCleister for his
generous donation to our Palliative Care program.
Special Thanks to…
• Elizabeth Banks- for her continued support of the pain and palliative
team through donations made in memory of her husband Michael.
• Malhi Family- for their generous donation to the pain and palliative
team to continue their important work

Happy New Year to everyone from the staff
and clients at the Day and Stay Program! We
hope that everyone has had a wonderful
Christmas.
Time has flown by so quickly! 2014 was a
busy year for us, and we are looking forward
to a busy 2015. Our calendar is full of
exciting activities to help get us through the
long winter months.
We have four programs (morning, afternoon
and weekends) available to the people in
Brantford and Brant County. If you or anyone
you know would like more information about
the services or have someone you would like
to refer to the program, please feel free to call
or pass along our number (519)754-4065.
The Day and Stay Program will be seeking
donations to purchase a new bus. This bus is
extremely important to our program, for the
clients and their caregivers. Our bus is shared
with the residents at the John Noble Home as
well. Donations are used to purchase program
supplies or will be put toward a new bus. Tax
receipts can be issued for any donations
received.
If you need more information please call Lisa
Clarkson at (519) 754-4065 or email at
[email protected]
