 Please arrive 5 minutes before activity is due to start and make yourself known to the tutor.
If you would like to try something new or have not participated before, just turn up at the session
(all participants must complete a health declaration form made available by the tutor).
 Please note clients who arrive later than 10 minutes after start of session, may be refused entry.
