On, the behalf of the President of India, the DIGP, Group Centre, CRPF,
Mokamaghat, Distt-Patna (Bihar), Pin-803303 invites sealed Tenders from approved and
eligible registered firms, and those on appropriate list of IP & T, ITBP, M.E.S,CPWD and
State P.W.D. for various construction works.

The firm should submit the tender in proper sealed envelope duly endorsing full address
of the firm, tender notice number, date of the tender, due date and time should be written
in bold letter (red ink) on the top of the envelope.
Each tender should be in two parts i.e. Technical bid and price bid. The technical bid and
price bid should be sealed by the bidder in separate covers duly superscribed and both
these sealed covers are to covers are to put in a bigger cover which should also be sealed and
duly sperscribed . Details required to be furnished by all bidders in Technical/price bid are as
under:a) TECHNICAL BID
i) All technical details (i.e. ratio of mixing of materials, brand name of paint which
painting etc.) should be mentioned.
ii) Details of Earnest money deposited
iii)Attested copy of registration and PAN card.

Details of rates, taxes, duties and discounts if any quoted by the bidder.
Rates must be clearly written in figures as well as in words.
There must not be any cutting/over writing.

The technical bid should be consisting of all technical details and the financial bid indicating
price for the item mentioned in technical bid.

While opening the tenders, the technical bid will be opened first and evaluated by the competent
committee or authority. If the firm fails to fulfil the conditions specified in the tender notice and
fails to attach the documents as asked above, the tender will be rejected immediately. At the
second stage on the same day financial bids of firm will be opened for further evaluation and
ranking before awarding the contract.

The works required to be executed on credit basis and no interest will be payable on the delayed
payment. The payment will be made direct to the Firm/Contractor bank account through ECS on
recoupment of bill.

The rates will remain valid for 6 months.

VAT/LC/CST/GST number of the firm should be clearly shown/quoted in the tender.
8.
Firm should deposit earnest money as shown above. The EMD money is acceptable in the form
of Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Banker’s Cheque of Bank Guarantee
firm any of the commercial banks drawn in favour of THE DIGP,GROUP CENTRE, CRPF,
MOKAMAGHAT. Cash EMD will not be accepted. (Bankers: SBI-AUNTA, CODE-6612.)

Performance security deposit will also be furnished by successful bidder. Performance security
would be an amount of 05%(including EMD) of the total value of the contract and should be
submitted within 07 days of the receipt of supply/work order. The Security deposits will be
returned subject to completion of the work within the stipulated period.

The decision of DIGP,GC, CRPF, Mokamaghat shall be final and binding in all matters
pertaining to refund the Security Money.

If the bidders failed to deposit the security money within 07 days of acceptance his tender, the
E.M.D will be forfeited.
If the bidders failed to supply the stores/execute the work within stipulated period (unless
extended) the security money will be forfeited.

Quotations can be sent through Speed/Registered post/Courier services in favour of the
DIGP,GROUP CENTRE, CRPF , MOKAMAGHAT, within the target date.

The representative of the firms who responded to our tender inquiry can be present at GC,
CRPF, Mokamaghat, Distt-Patna (Bihar) at the time of opening of tenders on the tender opening
day.
15.
Work will be completed within 45 days from the date of work order.
16.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the notice without assigning any reasons.
