Performance Evaluation Reform Act (PERA): A Closer Look Many board members have sought out and successfully completed PERA training, but many questions still remain as implementation moves forward. This session will feature two PERA knowledgeable panelists with different but complementary perspectives. David Braun, Associate, Miller, Tracy, Braun, Funk & Miller, Ltd., will provide a look at some of the legal ramifications of PERA and how it may affect collective bargaining. Shannon Fehrholz, Assistant Regional Superintendent, ROE 51, will speak to implementation timelines, evaluation models, and ongoing PERA training.
