Our surfaces are harmless to your health, support great guitar tone with a long lasting abraison proof preformance and a wonderful
finish. The black chrome plating is probably the best in the world and our gold is a real 24-Karat plating. We do not use laquer at all.

Payment in advance or within 10 days or direct debit with 3% cash rebate, alternativly net due 25 days (depends on your status).
We hold a large stock of parts. You should have your parts within days, otherwhise we provide a lead time.
Transport / Carrier: DHL national, FEDEX worldwide. We do not arrange a delivery by letter or over a different carrier.
Minimum order amount: 75€. For orders below the limit we have to charge a 10€ service fee for paperwork and internal logistics.
OEM Requests / Custom ABM Products / CAD data / Custom Plating / Aging / Piezo-Pickups
It is our main job to build guitar parts for guitar companies in larger scales but we can build your own bridge likley.
For a one-off or sample production we recommend a production quantity of 5 to10 pieces, as we have to merge one time costs for CAD
machinery setup, test drives and production. If you plan a small series, a charge of 25 bridges is the economic minimum normally.
CAD data are welcome! Please ask for the perfect format or provide „IGS“ or DXF“ file data. Please note, that custom parts may have
an overall lead time of 8 to 16 weeks, depending on order size. The included order pre-run is about 2 month at the moment.
Custom Parts from a serial item. You can spare time and money by choosing a serial ABM product to be modified for your needs.
Costs will be much lower and the lead-time much shorter because we hold a great variety of half-finished guitar parts on stock.
Custom Plating. We offer a great variety of custom metallic surfaces from high-gloss to sanded matt finishes. To follow custom orders
succesfully we need a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces (for compact bridges) and 60 pieces (for single bridges) for each finish.
Aging. Please note that we sell our product in a „soft aged condition“, that matches an often played but well-tended instrument.
If you like a „Heavy Relic-Design“ that looks really worn out and dirty, please define that fact before you order. Thank you.

Warranty
We issue a producer warranty of 3 years from the date of purchase for function and plating*. Please note that we cannot exchange
an used bridge, but we will grant for failures caused by ABM from the date of purchase by exchanging the faulty parts. Aged Bridges:
We cannot accept a warranty claim for aged parts regarding the plating as the aged face is even vulnerable for environmental
influences like sweat or humidity and could change it´s texture more quick than an ordinary plated part.
*We suspend warranty claims caused by extreme acidic human sweat or mechanical abraison.
