ADG Announces New Strategic Placement
ADG Global Supply (ASX: ADQ) is pleased to announce a single placement of 28,500,000 fully paid
ordinary shares in ADQ.
The placement will be to Speedmark Australia Pty Ltd who is 80% owned by Dos Equis Pty Ltd, already
an owner of a 4.9% equity stake in ADQ. Dos Equis Pty Ltd is a private investment vehicle with interests in
various businesses across logistics and shipping services.
The capital raising will assist the Company with current working capital requirements.
Additionally, the investment by the Speedmark Australia Pty Ltd / Dos Equis Pty Ltd group brings a new
strategic partner to ADG Global Supply.
Commenting on the capital raising, ADG Managing Director John Mancini said, “The Board adopted
the single placement based on synergies and key growth opportunities between ADG and Speedmark
Australia Pty Ltd.
Speedmark Australia Pty Ltd is the Australian partner of the international freight forwarding and customs
brokerage network, Speedmark Transportation. Pleasingly, as an investor who understands the industry
in which ADG operates, their support serves to validate our current strategy to develop our industrial
products offer and delivery capability as part of a total integrated supply solution.”
The Placement consists of 28.5 million fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at an issue price of
$0.01 per share.
