Notes:
1. The Judicial Officer shall be under the control of the District Judge of the District to which he/she has
been allocated.
2. The Court of ADJ-8, Central, THC hitherto presided over by Mr. Virender Kumar Bansal stands
abolished and the District & Sessions Judge (HQ) shall assign the cases of his court among other such
courts at the same location ensuring equal pendency. The Court ofADJ-19, Central, THC presided
over by Mr. Ravinder Singh-I stands redesignated as ADJ-8, Central, THC.
3. The Court of ADJ-2, North-East, Karkardooma hitherto presided over by Ms. Sarita Birbal stands
abolished and the District & Sessions Judge, North-East shall assign the cases of her court to the Court
-1 of Mr. Gorakh Nath Pandey, ADJ-3, North-East, Karkardooma whose court stands redesignated. as
ADJ-2, North-East, Karkardooma.
4. The Court of ADJ-2, South-West, Dwarka hitherto presided over by Mr. Alok Aggarwal stands
abolished and the District & Sessions Judge, South-West, Dwarka shall assign the cases of his court to
other such courts at the same location ensuring equal pendency. The Court of ADJ-5, South-West,
Dwarka presided.over by Mr. Ram Lal Meena stands redesignated as ADJ-2, South-West, Dwarka.
5. The Court of ADJ-3, West, THC hitherto presided over by Ms. Barkha Gupta stands abolished and the
District & Sessions Judge, West shall assign the cases of her court to other such courts at the same
location ensuring equal pendency. The Court of ADJ-9, West, THC presided over by Ms. Smita Garg
stands redesignated as ADJ-3, West, THC.
6. The Court of ADJ -1, East Karkardooma hitherto presided over by Mr. Anurag Sain stands abolished
and ~he District & Sessions Judge, East shall assign the cases of his court to the Court of Mr. Pawan
Kr. Matto, ADJ-3, East, Karkardooma whose court stands redesignated as ADJ-l, East, Karkardooma.
7. The Court of ADJ-6, West, THC hitherto presided over by Mr. Anil Kumar Sisodia stands abolished
and the District & Sessions Judge, West shall assign the cases of his court to other such courts at the
same location ensuring equal pende~cy. The Court of ADJ-8, West, THC presided over by Mr..
Jagdish Kumar stands redesignated as ADJ-6, West, THC.

8. The District & Sessions Judges will ensure that proper track is kept about movement of cases from
transferor court(s) to transferee court(s) due to above postings/transfers and no inconvenience is
caused to the lawyers and litigants in transfer of cases, which shall be duly notified well in advance on
the website of district courts as also outside the transferor and transferee court.
