ADT’s dashboard is a central location
for tracking and managing all of the
components of your project including
the process workﬂow, stage-sensitive
user communications, and a real-time
snapshot of the number of users at each

The ﬁrst step in any deployment project is to
register the users into ADT. For upgrades, you
choose users from the Domino directory. For
migrations and new deployments, data can
be imported via ﬂat ﬁles from the existing mail
system or from an HR system. This data can
also be used to generate user IDs and mail ﬁles.
ADT’s built-in survey capabilities identify your
users’ software and hardware conﬁgurations.
The standard survey can help you identify
computers that don’t meet the minimum
system requirements and the enhanced
survey also provides a complete hardware and
software proﬁle of each user’s workstation.
