AIA San Antonio Distribution Policy
The San Antonio Chapter of the American Institute of Architects is the fourth largest chapter of AIA in the
State of Texas with over 625 professional and allied members. The following options are available for
entities wishing to deliver information to the membership:





Distribution via “Stand-Alone” E-mails broadcast to AIA San Antonio membership
Distribution via weekly chapter e-News, Dispatch with link to website or document
AIA San Antonio member list via Mail House Service
Job Posting on AIA San Antonio Website
As a service to the architectural community, AIA San Antonio maintains an online job board with resumes
for employers seeking new employees. All job postings must be for architecture or design related
positions. Only AIA members can view resumes. No blind ads may be submitted.
Cost: AIA Chapter Members – No Charge
$100 AIA Firms who do not have a local office
$150 – Non Members /$275 Recruiting Firms
E-News Listings
AIA San Antonio’s Dispatch provides a weekly opportunity for your company to share important
opportunities with the local architectural community. Announcements in this electronic publication are
simple text notices bundled together and sent on Mondays to 1500+ contacts via email with links to
website or jpg images provided.
Listings should include: Name of the event, Date, Time, Location, two lines of text (20 words maximum)
about the event, Company URL link (if applicable) and/or document with contact information for details.
Cost: AIA Professional Members – No Charge / $100 - Allied Members /$200 - Recruiting Firms
Stand-Alone E-mail Blast
Communicate your message via a “Stand Alone” electronic distribution. Dedicated marketing e-mails are
limited to one per week. Only four (4) dedicated marketing e-mails, one per week, are available per
month. These are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ad Spec: fully designed graphic in a jpg file no larger than 1 mg file size.
Cost: AIA Members – No Charge $100 – Non-Profits / $175 - Allied Members /$375 Others
AIA Mailing List
Member mailing lists are rented for one-time use only. All names and addresses are the property of AIA
San Antonio. Mailers wishing to use the AIA San Antonio list must use the services of an AIA San Antonio
designated mailing service .No labels will be mailed or e-mailed.
Cost: $250 - AIA Members / $500 all others
(NOTE: Fee does not include mailing services).
Distribution Policy
AIA San Antonio reserves the right to review all information to be sent to individuals or
organizations on its contact list and to reject orders that do not meet with the standards and the
mission of AIA San Antonio. Each order will be reviewed to determine if the information or
material is appropriate by the chapter’s standards. Information or material shall not imply AIA San
Antonio’s support or endorsement of products or services.
Payment is required in advance for all orders.
