Свободы, 67 67, Svobody Street, Moscow, 125364, Russia РОССИЯ RUSSIA AIC 05/14 18 JUN 2014 Boundaries of Simferopol FIR including airspace over the high seas have been changed with acceptance of the Republic of Crimea into the membership of the Russian Federation. The change of Simferopol FIR boundaries corresponding to the Russian Federation border change in regard to the Crimea Peninsula was published in the Russian Federation AIP Supplement 01/14 dated 03 APR 2014. In the purposes of providing regular and free air traffic within the modified Simferopol FIR boundaries till the completion of the process of coordination of the new FIR boundaries with the interested States of the Black Sea basin the Russian Federation shall take the total responsibility for providing the safe and effective air navigation service of ACFT flights within Simferopol FIR which shall be provided by the Russian air navigation service provider - the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "State Air Traffic Management Corporation in the Russian Federation" (FSUE "State ATM Corporation"). The published in the Russian Federation AIP aeronautical information concerning Simferopol FIR including Simferopol and Sevastopol/Belbek aerodromes shall be provided to the users of Simferopol FIR airspace. Any other aeronautical information concerning the air navigation service of ACFT flights in Simferopol FIR airspace including airspace over the high seas and being distributed on behalf of other States shall have no force and shall not be used. The flight crews carrying out flights in Simferopol FIR airspace shall follow ATC clearances and instructions of Simferopol ACC of the FSUE "State ATM Corporation". - END -
