First Saturday of every month is special morning keiko for Kenkyu-kai. 06:30-.

Regular morning Keiko is held at 06:00-08:00 every Saturday, except first Saturday of the month.

Sunday Keiko at Higashi-Totsuka Honbu Dojo now starts at 10:00, no separate classes for beginners or
black belts.
