Vaduz, 7 February 2014 PRESS RELEASE Merger between APG Wirtschaftsprüfung AG and AREVA Allgemeine RevisionsRevisions- und Treuhand AG W e are pleased to inform you that the companies APG Wirtschaftsprüfung AG and AREVA Allgemeine RevisionsRevisions- und Treuhand Treuhand AG completed their merger on 6 February February 2014. 2014 . The merged companies will in future operate under the name AREVA Allgemeine RevisionsRevisions- und Treuhand AG with domicile in Vaduz. The main goal of the merger is to pool our interests and the further developments of both companies. Both companies are active in the audit market in Liechtenstein for well over thirty years. With this merger AREVA will be classified as one of the largest audit companies in Liechtenstein with eight certified auditors. The requirements for auditors have continuously increased over the last few years, especially in the area of new audit standards (ISA), due diligence or internal quality management. The merger took place in order to ensure compliance with all these regulatory requirements and the ever increasing specific client demands. This merger will enable us to boost the flexibility and to extend the range of services. The board of directors Dr. Peter Hemmerle, Dr. Hans-Werner Gassner and Siegbert Hilty believe devoutly that the merger will further raise the quality of the services offered and improve the service productivity. There will be no changes to the nature of the previous business relationship with our clients. The personnel of both companies have been taken over. Therefore the continuity and professional competence is ensured for the future. The range of services offered include the whole spectrum of professional services of auditing small to large companies or charitable foundations (review or audit), special audits of asset management companies or pension schemes as well as audits performed in accordance with the Due Diligence Act. Carrying out of internal audits, in particular for banks, represent further important aspects of our work.
