RIS is going to auction its old but useable office furniture items such as
conference tables/chairs and computer systems, along with computer accessories,
old books and newspapers on as-is-where-is-basis. Details of the material are given

The auction would take place on Saturday, 2 August 2014, from 1100 to 1400
hrs at the storage facility of RIS near pillar No. 21D & 21E in Parking 2 area
(Basement 2) of the Habitat Centre, which is accessible by transport through Gate
No. 2.
Interested buyers/bidders are can reach the auction site directly or after
coming to RIS premises at Core 4-B, 4th floor, India Habitat Centre.
The items can be viewed by interested parties at the site on 28th July, 30th and
31st July and 1 August 2014 between 1030 hrs to 1400 hrs by getting in touch with
Deputy Director(Admn n Establishment) at RIS.

Selected buyers are required to make the full payment in cash to RIS
representative at the site before authorization certificate in favour of the buyer
concerned for taking possession of the auctioned item would be issued by RIS.
RIS reserves the right to determine, accept or reject the auction or offered
price of any item on display or suspend the auction of any particular item(s) or the
entire process without citing any reason whatsoever. The decision of the RIS
representatives on the site would be final.
