If it is se t at 2 Volts, the hold voltage will be 40% of the supply voltage. R5 potentiometer adjusts the pick time. Using a vol tmeter, measure the voltage of JP2-1 (closer to R5) respect to JP2-2 (middle pin), this is the output of R5 potentiometer. The s cale is 400 mSecs per Volt. If it is set at 1.5 Vol ts, the pick time will be 600 mSecs.
