Workers’ Comp Defense Firm Earns Top Ranking from Law360
NEW YORK, April 23, 2014 – Law360, a leading publication covering law firms and legal developments, has
ranked Adelson, Testan, Brundo, Novell & Jimenez (ATB) as the country’s top law firm in terms of
percentage of female partners. The ranking appeared in The Glass Ceiling Report: 2014, the publisher’s
annual report listing 25 U.S.-based law firms out of more than 380 surveyed that have the highest
percentage of female partners.
According to Law360, the report found that while women make up 43 percent of the non-partner ranks at
U.S. law firms, they comprise just 21 percent of partnerships. However, at ATB, which had the highest
overall ranking in the report, women attorneys account for nearly half (47.6%) of the firm’s partners.
