Tender for: PROCUREMENT OF PLANT BATTERIES AGAINST BUY BACK
OF OLD BATTERIES AT LPG RECOVERY PLANT GAIL,
LAKWA
Special Conditions of Contract- (SCC)
(1) Bidder to confirm that old used battery shall be recycled/destroyed as per
the statutory norms.
a) Bidder has to provide a certificate from the authorized collection centre(s)or
registered dismantler(s) or recycler(s) certifying that the old used batteries has
been channelized to them.
OR
b)Bidder has to provide the certificate from the respective Battery producer that
the old equipment have been returned to them under the pick-up and take back
services provided by the producer.
(2) Bidder to supply new batteries within 4 weeks from the date of purchased
order.
(3) Bidder to submit grantee/warranty of all new batteries as per the
manufacture recommendation ( Minimum 12 months)
(4) All old buyback batteries shall be released within in seven days from the
date of receipt & acceptance of new battery.
(5) 90% payment shall be released against receipt & acceptance of new battery
and balance 10% after lifting of old batteries.
