Cancellations: For written cancellations received
until 7th March 2014 (receipt date) the fee will be
refunded in full, and until 14th March 2014 the fee
will be refunded to 50%. After that date paid fees
will not be refunded any more. However, the
exchange of the registered person remains possible.
Booking of the accommodation shall be made by
the participant himself. In the conference hotel
InterContinental Berlin rooms are reserved for
conference participants until 5th March 2014.
