bismuth 525mg, metronidazole 250mg and Take with 2 antibiotics for 2wks;
tetracycline 500mg; all four times daily
may take H2 receptor antagonist
for total of 4–8wks.
COMBINATION PRODUCTS
Prevpac (lansoprazole 30mg [2 caps], amoxicillin 500mg [4 caps], and clarithromycin
500mg [2 tabs] per pack). Take lansoprazole 30mg, amoxicillin 1000mg, and clarithromycin
500mg twice daily.
Prilosec (omeprazole) 20mg twice daily
Pylera (bismuth subcitrate 140mg,
metronidazole 125mg, and tetracycline
125mg in 1 cap). Take 3 caps 4 times daily.
10 or 14 days
Omeprazole sold separately. Take
with full glass of water after meals
for 10 days.
