Upon request, the Associated Pennsylvania Constructors (APC) will issue certif ication to Registered
Professionals seeking verif ication of their attendance at APC-conducted seminars, meetings and
professional technical presentations that may meet the criteria for PDH credits.
l Each attending licensee must submit a PDH request via the online form that will be available on
the APC Fall Seminar website (www.apcfallseminar.com).
l Online PDH requests must be submitted by January 31, 2015.
l No requests submitted after January 31, 2015, will be accepted.
Please note that the Registration Board has f inal authority of course approval and PDH values that will
be applied to activities. For complete information regarding Continuing Education Requirements of the
Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists, licensees
should go to www.dos.state.pa.us/eng.
ECMS & SharePoint Help Desk /Confection Hall Office/9:30am to 5:30pm/Nov. 20
The Engineering and Construction Management System (ECMS)
Help Desk will highlight new and planned development in ECMS,
assist with any questions users might have about using ECMS, and
provide technical suppor t. In the demonstration area, attendees
will be able to explore two of PennDOT’s newest Information
Technology (IT) innovations- the PennDOT Project Collaboration
Center (PPCC) and the Cons truction Documentation System v3
(CDSv3). PPCC is a SharePoint application that makes the construction documentation process
more efficient by providing an electronic review and approval process, as well as housing construction
documents in a central location. CDSv3 is in the beginning stages of development, but the electronic
Project Site Activity (PSA) screen will be available to review.

APC will provide online videos of the Structures workshops from this year’s seminar.
A link to access the video f iles will be emailed to all seminar registrants and available on the
Fall Seminar website (www.apcfallseminar.com). Registered Fall Seminar attendees will be able
to request PDHs after viewing the videos.
