Easily create custom aerosol cans for large or small projects.
Seymour’s Filling equipment can be used as a stand alone system or in conjunction with each
other. Our Filling Systems fill Seymour’s pre-charged cans of solvent and water blends, gel coat, twocomponent systems or your own unique products. Pre-mix two-components and use Seymour’s
equipment to pump product into our pre-charged cans and spray away.
For future use, use Seymour’s filling equipment to pump in the base product or gel coat. Then use
our Z-100 hand pump to add catalyst at time of application.
Example:
• Solvent Blend Can — For Solvent base Acrylics, vinyls, lacquers, enamels, urethanes, & stains.
• Water Blend Can — For Waterborne Latex, urethanes, enamels, stains, etc…
• Two Component — Epoxies, enamels, urethanes, clears, primers, base coats, etc…
Z-2501/2507* One Step Custom Fill Machine
Paint is added into Seymour’s exclusive decorator overcap. The decorator cap
is placed on the appropriate water or solvent base pre-charged Seymour aerosol can,
placed into the one step filling machine and in seconds, the can is ready to use. No
clean-up needed. The cap utilizes an insert to inject the paint. A small air compressor
is required to operate. Refer to our website for an instructional video.
