TROUBLESHOOTING
SYMPTOM
The receiver does
not react to the
EAS RF
transmitter.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Check the transmitter LED and
change the battery if necessary.
The transmitter battery is down.
Check the position of the antenna on
the receiver.

The receiver power is off.
Check the supply voltage.
The transmitter has been used many
times with one receiver and then with
another one.
Push the transmitter 2x.
The transmitter is not recognized by the
receiver.
Execute the recording procedure
described on page 1 with that
transmitter.
The receiver is not correctly wired.
Check the connection to the door
controller.
The transmitter was recorded with an
activation delay longer than desired.
Check the delay potentiometer and
adjust to the desired time.
The transmitter was recorded with an
activation delay.
Delete the transmitter from the
system and repeat the recording
procedure without delay.
The maximum number of recordable
transmitters is reached.
Try to reduce the number of
transmitters or connect another
receiver.
The transmitter battery is down.
Check the transmitter LED and
