What goes where? Help us to recycle as much as possible by following the instructions on this sheet. Or why not compost at home? Compost at home These items can’t be recycled. Please put them in your black bin or take them to the household recycling centre or tip. General waste Food waste Please only use your black bin for items you can’t recycle and any food waste. Textiles Large plastic Please put textiles in a tied carrier bag next to your blue bin. Please take large plastic items to the household recycling centre. Don’t put these in ANY of your bins: Soil and turf Sawdust Rocks/stones, building rubble Large branches Please do not put these in any of your bins - please take them to a household recycling centre or tip.
