This brief guide is meant only to point out how to submit bids.
Here are not described the differrencies between the bidding
using all existing phase types:
• RFI – is used for the submission of documents,
• RFP – is used for submission of the technical bid,
• RFQ – is used for the submission of economic bid,
• RFQ technical economic for multienvelopes – it is combined
submission, which may include bidding for all of the above
phase types.
Bids in the RFQ may be submitted as:
• Sealed envelopes,
• Closed English Auction,
• Opened English Auction,
• Dutch auction.
