Sora Northeast Development receives "Best of Biz in South Jersey”
Award in the category of Real Estate Developer
Sewell NJ, August 22, 2014 - The 2014 South Jersey BIZ Magazine Best of Awards were
recently announced in the August edition of the magazine. In the Real Estate Development
category, Sora Northeast Development is featured as a winner.
Sora Northeast Development is headquartered in Sewell NJ and recently expanded their
office to accommodate their growing company, as well as establishing it as the location for its
financial partner The Argo Group LLC. The Argo Group LLC is a financial entity for multinational ventures in real estate developments and corporate opportunities. As developers,
redevelopers and third-party development managers, their team facilitates the planning, design,
financing and construction of residential, retail, commercial and mixed-use projects, working
closely with State, County, Municipal and private entities.
Led by principal Greg Filipek, Sora Northeast is a partner, investor and developer of
successful mixed use projects that have contributed to the revitalization of downtown
municipalities with real estate development, such as the public-private partnership as the master
redeveloper of the Rowan Boulevard project in Glassboro, NJ. Sora NE recently proposed a
$350 Million project, America’s Sports Resort, to be built in Vineland NJ. When the site plan is
approved, it will create construction jobs, direct and indirect permanent jobs and a significant
economic impact for the entire region.
