HOW TO ENROL
Please email enrolment forms to [email protected] or send via
fax or post (contact details below).
Payments must be received at least 3 days prior to the
commencement of the course to guarantee a position in the class.
For more information please contact our office.
CANCELLATIONS
Should your circumstances change and you are unable to
attend a course, you must contact STQ no later than 4 days prior
to the commencement of the course. For cancellations made within
3 days of a booked course, a cancellation fee of 50% of the course
cost will apply plus a $50 administration fee. Should you cancel less
than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the course, the full
course fee will be charged and no refund will be made.
All cancellations are to be made in writing and either faxed
or emailed to the STQ office. Any changes to this booking
are to made in writing to STQ two weeks prior to the course
commencement date and must be authorised by STQ beforehand.

NB: Prices are relevant to the courses and dates provided in this
brochure and are subject to change.

Funding can also be obtained for current financial members of
the Plumbers Union that are employed by government or council.
All discounted prices are subject to eligibility of funding.
