To implement Strategic Planning up to grass root level we need one Co-ordinator from each District Association who will be responsible to implement Strategic Planning to your District. District Co-ordinator will be for both wing and he or she must be the member of District Executive Committee. II Expansion You are aware that School Education Department, Government of West Bengal has issued a order for introduction Scouting/Guiding activities in all School of our State. We keep contract with the department concern for implementation of this order. We are expecting same order from the I.C.S.C Board also. The matter has discussed in our last District Level Executive Meet. We prefer a Key person from all the District association who exclusively look after the expansion of your district. III Community Base Scouting(CBS) As per discussion in the last District Level Executive Meet, kindly select a Contract Person who will look after CBS of your District. We will extend all possible help & support to your district through contract person for development of Community Base Scouting & Guiding in your District. Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp & Nipun Badge Testing Camp A Rajya Puraskar Testing camp for Scouts and Nipun Badge Testing Camp for Rovers for the year 2014-2015 will be held as detailed given below : Venue : State Training Centre, Ganganagar Campsite Dates : 24th & 25th May, 2014 Camp Fees & Development Fees : Rs. 130/- per head What to bring : Correct & Complete Uniform, Complete log Book of Rajya Puraskar for Scouts and Nipun Badge for Rovers, Test Card, Reports, Documents, Certificates regarding Rajya Puraskar Proficiency Badges only and Certificates related to Proficiency Badges for Nipun Badge & other necessary material. Reporting time & date : 10:00 A.M. on 24.05.2014 Departure time & date : 03:00 P.M. on 25.05.2014 Last Date of confirmation : 12.05.2014. II. Advanced Course for Cub Unit Leaders, Scout Unit Leaders. Name of the Course : Advanced Course for Cub Unit Leaders & Scout Unit Leaders. Venue : State Training Centre, Ganganagar, Period : 1st to 07th June, 2014. Eligibility : Cub & Scout Unit Leaders with at least one year Warranted Service(Xerox copy of the warrant to be submitted along with application form). Course Fees & Registration Fees : Rs. (500 + 100) Rs. 600.00 per head. Period : 01st June to 07th June, 2014 Venue : State Training Centre, Ganganagar. Who can attend : Any citizen of Indian , Age not less than 18yrs and have Passed minimum Madhyamik Examination or equivalent, and attended introductory Course. Course Fees & Registration Fees : Rs. (500+!00) Rs. 600.00 per head What to bring : Correct & Complete Uniform, change of clothes, bedding, personal requisites, Plate, Mug, Pen, Pencil, Hard Bound Note Book(no -8), P.T. Dress.
