If a member lodges an apology consecutively for 3 Official Rides a penalty fine of R30-00 will automatically be applied. Failure to attend the National Rally will automatically attract a fine of R100-00. Volunteering If you have volunteered and then back out or fail to deliver, fine of R50-00 Not wearing ATGATT (All The Gear All The Time) Social Event – either at a member’s house or restaurant / pub. Failure to lodge an apology by UlyieChat before the cut-off time, 24 hrs before the social will attract a fine of R20-00. If a member lodges an apology consecutively for 2 Socials a penalty fine of R40-00 will automatically be applied. Bike Rally Dayjols or Members need to attend 2 bike rallies or dayjols every year, this may include National. Failure to do so will result in a R50-00 fine. You need only show your face at the rally to avoid the fine. Email a photo of you with the badge to the president. Not wearing protective riding gear when riding with the pack will automatically attract a R20-00 fine. Home Safe Report All members on a pack ride must report that they are home safe either by UlyieChat; failure to do this will result in a fine of R5-00. Not Wearing Colours Not wearing colours at any bike function or social will automatically attract a R20-00 Fine. Wearing another clubs colours will be non negotiable R50-00 Enforcement of Fines Each member of Ulysses West Rand has an obligation to collect photographic evidence of an infringements and forward with explanation to the Committee. Collection of fines will happen at yearly AGM. Use of Fines Monies All monies gathered in the fines system will be used to fund the Year End Function and the excess will be donated to charity at the beginning of each December.
