In addition to above we are carrying out our professional
assignments in Nashik. Through our networking partner
are in the process of establishing our full fledged branch
in Nashik.
As we have successfully accomplished the same nature
of the work in past we filled that the condition set up five
year in Nashik may pleased be relaxed and allow us to
participate in the EOI process.

Special Note :
All bidders are required to considered above clarification while submitting their
commercial bid and shall submit copy of this minutes dully sign on each page in token of
acceptance in Envelope No.1 (Technical Bid). The above pre-bid minutes are the part of tender
document and every bidder will have to go through the pre-bid meeting minutes and he will have
to submit in writing with the technical bid that “I have read the minutes of pre-bid meeting and I
am ready to fulfill all the condition mention in the tender document as well as points in the prebid meeting”.
If the Pre-bid points signed in token of acceptance along with the above mentioned latter
is not submitted in the technical bid. Then the bid is liable for Rejection without assigning any
Reason thereof.
