A photocopy of the NRIC (front and back) of the purchaser(s) and authorised representative(s);
The original Letter of Authorisation signed by us, authorising the representative to collect the keys
on our behalf;
Notice of Vacant Possession Letter (NVP Letter) with enclosures; and
A copy of the Confirmation Page of Appointment.
I/We confirm that I/we will not hold you liable if any damage whatsoever should occur to the Property by
virtue of the said keys being handed over to the person named in this authorisation, and will irrevocably
indemnify and keep you indemnified against all losses, damages and expenses of whatsoever nature that
you may incur as a result of complying with this request.
