MF-Tokyo Metal Forming & Fabricating Fair Tokyo was founded in 2009 with the aim of
introducing to the industry professionals of the technological advancement of the metal
formingmachineryindustry,whichisleanandenvironmentallyfriendly,hasbeenheldinevery
otheryear,andwillbethe4thtimethistime.Japanisproudofthestate-of-the-arttechnology,
which holds the metal forming machinery dedicated exhibition as representing one of the
worldtop2countriesindevelopmentproduction.
MF-Tokyo 2015 brings together metal forming machines, automated equipment, related
equipment, processing technologies and services, which draws a lot of attention and leads

INSTRUCTION FOR EXHIBITING:
Peninsular and lsland Booth:
●Width and depth of these booths are mentioned in the
illustration.
●Side wall and company signboard(W45cm × H30cm)
will be provided for Peninsular booth.
●Sidewall is installed by system panel(white surface).
●Signboard will be fixed by the organizers after
completion of decoration of booth.
●ln case of lsland booth, the dimension will be marked
on the floor.
lnline Booth:
●Size of a booth is W2.97m × D2.97m × H2.7m.
●Backside wall, side wall and company signboard
(W45cm × H30cm)will be provided.
●All walls are system panels(white surface)
.
●Depth of side wall is 1.98m, for the reason of not being
obstructed visitor's view. Corner booth is basically two
sides open.
Construction Regulations:
●Height of booth decoration shall not be extended to
2.7 meters for all lnline booths. However, different rule
will be applied to both lsland and Peninsular booths.
They can lift up its decoration up to 3.6m(from
passage-ways to 1m inside)and 4.5m(beyond 1m
from passage-ways)
.
●Besides,decoration can be extended to 6m for
innermost booth from the entrance. This rule only
applies to both lsland and Peninsular booth.
●Wall and decoration should not be built to more than
half of passage-way sides.
●However see-through structual such as glass, louver,
or parapet, and/or wall, shelf of 90cm or less will be
permitted.
●Any booth decoration and demonstration during the
fair shall be performed wholly inside the booth.
●More detailed regulations will be informed at the
explanatory meeting for exhibitors, which will be held
on March 10, 2015
