Peter Clarke BSc (Hons) MB ChB FRCS FRCS (ORL) I have been a Consultant ENT Surgeon at Charing Cross Hospital for 15 years where I am lead clinician for head and neck oncology and past chair of the West London Head and Neck Cancer Network. I have had a joint appointment with the Royal Marsden Hospital for almost ten years. I am an honorary Senior Lecturer at Imperial College. As well as a busy head and neck local and tertiary referral practice I have a large skull base practice operating on over 30 anterior and central skull base malignancies a year. I have lectured widely on SVR, neck anatomy, neck dissection and skull base surgery and teach regularly on head and neck and skull base courses. I am an elected member of the ENT UK Head and Neck group. I have written or contributed to eight book chapters and over 50 peer reviewed papers
