Function and operation
The CGP is located in front of the
weigher, coupled with the loading
hopper, in any position (right, left,
front or back). It runs fully automatic once the line is ready to work.
During operation the netting is
clipped and tagged with the exact
weight or number of pieces chosen. The optional output conveyor
belt can be set up in any direction.
Programs are selectable from the
operating panel. Different levels
for user access and maintenance
are protected by a code. The clip
head is removable for easy maintenance. Selecting options is easy
and intuitive thanks to its operator
friendly panel.
Clip head by Poly-clip System
The CGP is equipped with a specially designed clip head. It uses
the unique and patented plastic
clip version P 600 N3 for perfect
closure of nettings. This plastic clip
is formed like a trident. The shape
ensures that its pins „grip“ particularly reliably to all nets. The clip
cannot be manipulated or be
pulled off the net.

The CGP plastic clip closure system
is suitable for the clipping of plastic
knitted nettings for the horticulture
industry. This system can be used
by small and large producers. The
CGP reliably closes nettings in a
packaging range from 500 to 2.000
grams with plastic clips. Simultaneously a tag and optional ribbon
(Bolduc) can be applied.
