Cat Cuddling Guidelines 1. Cat cuddling times are from 11am – 4pm everyday (except Tuesday when times are from 11am – 2pm). 2. Cats in isolation must not be handled, unless specified by a staff member. 3. Please do not try to rehome cats to members of the public; instead please find a member of staff or send them to reception for further information. 4. Please check with a staff member in the cattery when you first arrive to see if there are any cats not to go in with. 5. You must wash your hands between handling each cat/pens. 6. Please do not give treats without asking a member of staff first, as this can cause upset stomachs. 7. Please check pens before you go in for notes about the cat, and abide by any notes given. 8. Never lock/unlock cat flaps, the staff have set them as they are for a purpose. 9. Please notify a member of staff about any concerns about a cat you have cuddled, whether it is behavioural or medical. 10. Please notify a member of staff if you have been bitten/scratched etc., so that first aid can be given (if necessary) and the incident can be recorded. Thank you
