Dear Waldhotel Guest,
It was the Dining Room in which Thomas Mann's protagonist Hans Castorp fell in
undying love with his Madame Chauchat. The unique and romantic ambiance that is
still present in our historic restaurant might cast a spell over you, too.
As the way to a man's (and woman’s) heart is through the stomach, at the Waldhotel
Davos you will be served dishes from market-fresh ingredients only, which have been
checked by our head chef Karim Schuhmann on best quality.
